The Contortionist - Fantastic live show. The vocalist has a great voice live. The Safety Fire - Meh. Protest The Hero - Real fun show, albeit a little silly sometimes, and a bit sexist from time to time.
My Silent Wake (great, didn't have enough time to finish their set ) Tides of Sulphur (meh, utterly unispiring sludge) Witch Charmer (were ok, nothing amazing) Victorian Whore Dogs (didn't like them either, went to get food) Morass Of Molasses (three piece riff monstrosity, huge sound, pretty impressive)
Deicide Entombed Hate Eternal Black Crown Initiate Lorna Shore And a couple openers I missed...
Deicide weren't great, but Entombed and Hate Eternal were excellent. Erik Rutan is a BEAST of a frontman. BCI were a tad disappointing... I was way stoked to see them, but they used a ton of backing tracks and weren't especially tight, and the clean vocalist apparently had more "help" on their record than I realized. Lorna Shore was awful - generic crappy deathcore, nothing memorable whatsoever.
