Doesn't everyone know that most releases from Christian Scandanavian bands/labels are always kept a secret until they drop through our mail-boxes?
Don't waste your time on tidbits, just wait until it is listed in an 'official' distro!!!! And don't include Endtime 'USA', just add a century onto their shipping times!
Everyday I check these forums, I hang my head even lower as they expect 'die for' loyalty in order to wait around for updates. Maybe they believe they are the first bands to be playing in the style they profess and just because most of us seek 'Christian' alternatives to secular counterparts does not mean they can keep us in the dark until they feel like updating the fan's in 'real-time'! Maybe I am being unclear here so for the sake of clarity I will exactly specify, 'hi I have travelled to the future and I see a new Scandanavian Christian release but they will keep the fan's waiting 1 & half years from the time of first news!'. Save us the heart-ache and just say we have 'something in the works but will not see the light of day for at least ___' Fill in the blank next time and save us some uber premature excitement!
Although not needed but given nevertheless for completness, why did Momentum Scandanvia announce the new Admonish and Pantokrator releases, advising us to 'order soon due to limited quantities'! for us to find out that the 'actual' product would not be released for 3 months? We searched high and low for a way to 'order' only to find the announcement was, yes you guessed it, 'premature'!
P.S. check out the 'Endtime New Releases' thread on the Endtime Forum and treat yourself to some more release-date agony! Do label owners/band members actually get a thrill from this sort of 'I'll dangle this bit of news, but give you no-more for months' tactics, or is it just the Christian sector? If this is not true, please inform me so I can change my perception (which I will be glad to do if such info is forthcoming).
