DEMON HUNTER released their 6th album this month called "True Defiance". It is indeed a great piece of metalcore and ofcourse a must for the fans of extreme metal with a more mellow touch!

BEFORE THEIR EYES should appeal to the same crowd, however they are less heavy and have more hardcore elements. Check out their 3rd album "Redemption".

SENT BY RAVENS released their 2nd album on Tooth & Nail. This is modern rock at it's best! Fans of Skillet, RED, Nine Lashes etc better find out more!

FLYING COLORS is the new supergroup from the US! With members such as Neal Morse, Mike Portnoy, Steve Morse and more, you know you get a quality project! The music is progressive based, but much more interesting than most others in the genre! The album is recorded the "old fashioned way" and is a really dynamic piece of art. It's getting great reviews all over the place!

QUEST OF SERENITY is a new black metal project from United Kingdom. Expect an oldschool atmospheric sound with quite long and catchy songs!

ACELDAMA is a grinding death metal band from Costa Rica. We have their 2010 release in stock! Sounds like old Mortification mixed with thrash!

HEXFIRE and IMAGES OF EDEN are both metal bands we searched up from Nightmare Records. Hexfire is power metal from Poland while IOE are more on the progressive metal wagon. They are both quality bands!

And speaking about quality heavy, we have ROYAL HUNT's latest album in stock as well as the 2002 "Hastings 1066" release from THY MAJESTIE back! Great power metal from Italy!

Most metal heads are aware that MEGADETH frontman Dave Mustaine became a Christian some years ago. Same happened to returning bassist David Ellefson from the same band! We have now the last 3 albums in stock. Check out "United Abominations", "Endgame" and their lastest one "Th1rt3en" available from Nordic Mission.

Australian metalgigants MORTIFICATION just released their 15th album, and while we are waiting for this, you can now get some more back-catalog from this band to check out: "The Silver Cord Is Severed" from 2001, "Brain Cleaner" from 2004 and "Erasing The Goblin" from 2006. We also have most of their earlier albums in!

Talking about classic bands, the best selling band in Christian rock; P.O.D. might also release something new this year. We however, just added "Payable On Death" from 2003 and "Testify" from 2006 to our webshop.

Metalcore gigants WAR OF AGES just released their 5th album on this label and prove why they are still around! They have a great message to share. Labelmates THE BURIAL releases their new technical death metal album which is a must if you like brutality that is also very interesting and progressive! LEADERS are a new band to Facedown with an oldschool hardcore touch.

Facedown also presents us with vinyl albums from A PLEA FOR PURGING, IN THE MIDST OF LIONS, WAR OF AGES and A HOPE FOR HOME! They all look great. Speaking of vinyl, we also have NOMAD SON and ELUVEITIE treats for you to order! They are all limited pressings!

TODAY FOREVER is a German band that has been around for a while with their melodic hardcore sound. Their latest album "Relationshipwrecks" got a 5/6 in Norway's Scream Mag. and we have this in stock as well as their previous one "Profound Measures"

From Brasil, the most intense Christian metal country in the world, we give you a real thrash/death metal attack called AZORRAGUE! Musically they are inspired of Slayer, their fellow countrymen Sepultura/Soulfly etc, while their lyrics are full on Biblical. Are you ready for Attack?

Our good friends in Sweden, Ulterium Records, found a real Swedish metaltreat that will be released 11th of May. This is available for pre-order with 20% off (incl the new Facedown releases) for a limited time. END OF SEPTEMBER is the name of the band and their debut album. They play melodic metal and can remind you of Evanescence or Within Temptation but with a more raw sound. The back catalog (catalog or list of older albums..) are something we strive to update! Being CD collectors and appreciators of great music, we know how important older titles are. The result for Nordic Mission is that we probably have one of the largest lists of Christian metal titles in stock. There are ofcourse many titles not available, that we would like to see available, and are always open for tips on where to score them down! But we got some great stuff added this week, including PANTOKRATOR's "Aurum", EXTOL "Synergy", KEKAL, ULTIMATUM and more!
